Terms of service

Welcome to Willow Wonders. These terms apply to orders placed on www.willowwonders.com, which is operated by Julie Patterson, Tully House, Tully Hill, Co. Sligo, Ireland (see our legal notice).

Ordering and payment

• Prices are shown in euro and include all taxes. Delivery to Ireland and the United Kingdom is free.
• Payment is taken at the time of ordering through Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and are never seen or stored by us.
• Your order is accepted when your payment succeeds, and we confirm it by email. If we cannot fulfil an order for any reason, we will tell you and refund you in full.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete contact and delivery details. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.

Delivery

Orders are posted on the next business day whenever possible. See our shipping policy.

Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, at the buyer's expense, as set out in our return & refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Emails

By ordering, you agree that we may email you about your order — confirmation, dispatch and anything we need to check with you. We will not add you to a mailing list or send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time you order applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
