Return & refund policy

At Willow Wonders, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition. Return postage is paid by the buyer.

To arrange a return, email julie@willowwonders.com with your order reference and we will tell you where to send it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed through Stripe and usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or faulty copies

If your book arrives damaged, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right under Irish and EU law to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving it.
